Shipping Policy

Orders placed before 2 pm ET generally ship the next  day. In the event of high order volume, the order will be shipped in 2 business days.

Delivery times are based on the distance from our Atlanta warehouse. We ship via USPS. We also offer local pickup with appointment, please call 470-485-0666

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information as well as update tracking emails until your order has been delivered.

Please understand that if a package is lost, stolen, or damaged after leaving our facility we are unable to accept any responsibility for the package contents. We do not provide refunds or replacements for orders that are lost, stolen or damaged while in transit. We unfortunately do not take responsibility if USPS delays, damages or loses your package, as it is 100% out of our company’s control. In the event that something happens to your package please contact USPS via their website.
