We will make every effort to match each order to your exact specifications. Because our hair is 100% raw human hair and each individual piece comes from a separate donor, we cannot guarantee hair color or texture. Our Raw Hair comes in a straight,  wavy, or curly pattern, the color will range between a natural 1b and 2.

For our Raw Hair Collection all sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges permitted.

We will not accept any refunds on product purchases. if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please email us.This can be honored 14 days from date of purchased.
